What does "dry hire" mean in Florida?
It means the mobile bar company rents its service and equipment, but you supply the actual alcohol. Because they do not sell alcohol at your event, they operate legally under Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) guidelines without holding a retail liquor license.

Do you provide the alcohol?
No. Under Florida law, as a dry-hire mobile service, we do not sell, purchase, or transport alcoholic beverages

What happens to leftover alcohol?
Since you purchased it, any unopened bottles or remaining product at the end of the night belong to you and can be taken home or returned to the retailer if their policy allows. [1]

Are you insured?
Yes, we carry comprehensive General Liability insurance and Liquor Liability insurance. We can add your venue as an additional insured upon request.

Are your bartenders licensed?
Florida does not require a state bartending license, but all our staff are TIPS-certified and trained in responsible alcohol service.

When is my date secured?
Your date is officially locked in only after you sign our service agreement and pay the non-refundable retainer fee.
